While salt can be smoked with any kind of flavorful wood—hickory, mesquite, pecanwood being popular aromas—ours is smoked with oakwood bourbon barrels. Enjoy this finishing salt on meat, vegetables, and bread. For mixed drinks, try rimming a glass with smoked salt for a different flavor profile.
