Do you love roasting meats and vegetables? Kick your roast game up a notch with these delicious seasonings! Adobo is a garlic forward seasoning that is pungent and spicy. Rub it straight onto meat before roasting or grilling, or turn it into a marinade with the addition of oil and vinegar. Baharat is a warm spice blend without too much heat. Great as a rub for lamb, beef, or chicken. Moroccan Rose is a blend of aromatic spices like roasted garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, turmeric, among others and pairs with all sorts of meats including fish and tofu, vegetables like squash and zucchini, and even with just bread and olive oil. Quatre épices from France is a terrific flavoring for sausages, soups, and stews, but for braising and roasting beef and other red meat, it really complements the flavors.
