Whether grilling steaks, smoking ribs, or making a roast, a nice coffee rub can add a lot of flavor. This sweet smoky blend works best when the rub is given a couple hours to penetrate the meat. The herbs and spices will create a nice crust as everything cooks. To use, simply sprinkle an even later onto the meat using as much as you like, rub it in with your hands, and then chill in the refrigerator until it's grilling time.
