Mole is a sauce originating in pre-Columbian Mexico consisting of varying blends of peppers and spices. This seasoning aims to recreate flavors of mole poblano in particular—the sauce known for its spicy, earthy, chocolate flavors. While a dry seasoning can't replace a sauce like that, you can use this blend over fillings for tacos, enchiladas, burritos, or your favorite Mexican dish.

    Ground chiles, paprika, brown sugar, spices, salt, cocoa powder, molasses powder (refiners syrup, cane molasses), granulated garlic, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)
