This fine sea salt gets its coloring from activated charcoal made from coconut shells. This salt should be used as a finisher to your dishes, imparting a savory smoky flavor to fish, eggplants, tomatoes, and tart fruit like pineapples, mangoes, and oranges. You can even sprinkle some onto shortbread cookies before they go in the oven!
