Minced garlic is great to have on hand when you don't have fresh garlic, or when you need garlic in a dry application, such as dry rubs. You can use it as-is in soups and stews, or you can rehydrate it in a bit of water before using it in sauces and salad dressings. Rehydrated garlic can also be used on top of garlic bread for a concentrated garlic flavor.
