While a little fried chicken chain from Kentucky popularized the phrase "11 herbs and spices", we've created a version here for you. Made with our own proprietary mix, this is all you need for a flavorful batch of fried chicken. The Colonel's original recipe uses 1 part seasoning to 2 parts flour in the dredge, but an alternative to that is to shake this seasoning on top of the chicken as soon as it comes out of the fryer.
