Dill Weed

Commonly known as a flavoring for pickled cucumbers, dill has a bright flavor like parsley and celery. It's used in the preparation of Nordic gravlax, Ukranian borscht, Greek tzatziki, and American ranch dressing. Try some atop eggs, potatoes, fish, and vegetables. It pairs well with lemon, so use dill when you give your dishes a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
