Black Sesame Seed

Black sesame seeds are a bit more aromatic than their white counterparts. You can use them in the same way as white sesame seeds or in combination with them too. Use black sesame seeds to lend nuttiness to breads and buns, add dimension to cookies, or spruce up your salad dressings. The seeds are also a popular flavor for brittles and ice cream.
