Tea
Nearly all tea comes from Camellia sinensis—aka the tea plant—which produces various black, green, and white teas. The tea leaves vary in flavor depending on when they were picked, how they were dried, and how they are aged. Flavors range from grassy and fresh to pungent and malty, and the caffeine level ranges 5mg–50mg per cup (a cup of coffee has about 100mg of caffeine). On the other hand, tisanes are herbal, have no caffeine, and come from various other flavorful plants.
