Lemongrass, as the name suggests, has a citrus-like aroma, and is found in plenty of Southeast Asian dishes. In Thai tom yum soup, green curry, and larb, lemongrass lends its bright flavor to all these dishes. Use it in soups where you want the freshness of lemon without overwhelming it with tartness. For a soothing herbal tisane, mix some lemongrass with ginger and honey.
