Culinary lavender is sweet and floral and goes well with many lighter foods. Pair it with strawberries and blueberries, honey, sage, sweet oranges, and dried herbs like oregano and marjoram. Infuse simple syrup with lavender and use it to make lemonade. Grind the flowers and use it in cakes and cookies. The possibilities are delicious!
