Himalayan salt comes from the Khewra Salt Mine of Pakistan, formed millions of years ago. Because it's hand-harvested and not processed the way table salt is, it retains a pink hue from safe trace amounts of over 80 different minerals including magnesium, potassium, iodine, and iron. This salt can be used as an ingredient as you cook and as a finisher.

Note about refill bags: 1x refill bag size is the same volume as a large jar. 2x refill bag size is double the volume of a large jar. 3x refill bag size is triple the volume of a large jar.
