Chives are alliums just like onions, leeks, and garlic. Milder than others in this family, these delicate chives are perfect for finishing and garnishing, pairing well with eggs, creams and cheeses, potatoes, fish, and soup. Sprinkle some on your next omelet, deviled eggs, baked potato, or creamy soups and chowders. They also make great additions to tuna, egg, or potato salads.
