When you absolutely must have brandy flavor without adding a lot of alcohol, it's brandy extract to the rescue. This extract is great to use in pudding, French toast and bread pudding batter, banana bread, pecan pie, and spiced desserts. For non-drinkers that like eggnog, try 1/2 tsp in your glass of store-bought nog.
